Mr. Bresler is the Managing Partner of the EJF Ventures Fund, an early-stage investment fund focused on financial technology companies. Prior to this role, he was responsible for both illiquid and liquid community and regional bank equity investments, serving as a portfolio manager on bank-focused hedge and private equity funds. He also assisted in the underwriting and analysis of bank subordinated debt, including trust preferred securities. Mr. Bresler currently serves on the board of Verady, Inc. (dba Ledgible), AlphaLedger Technologies, DeepSee.ai, and Original Tech, Inc (dba Prelim). He previously served on the board of Texan Bank, a Houston-based community bank. Mr. Bresler is also a board observer for several other investments. Mr. Bresler has a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and is a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle.
