GLEN ALLEN, Va., Aug.6, 2024 – SRA Watchtower, a Glen Allen, Va.-based financial technology services firm, and the provider of Watchtower, The Holistic Risk Intelligence Platform™, announces the appointment of Joe Maxwell (Chairman), Russ Bernthal (Director), Michael Glotz (Director), Ken Thorn (Director) and Edward Vincent (Director and CEO) to its Board of Directors.

The newly formed Board, with more than 100 years of FinTech/RegTech expertise, will provide strategic guidance as SRA Watchtower completes its transition from a risk consulting firm to a SaaS technology company, helping the company to accelerate the delivery of actionable insights to optimize risk.

Maxwell is a Managing Partner at FINTOP Capital; Bernthal is the former SVP of Jack Henry/President of ProfitStars; Glotz is the former Risk Executive at Capital One Financial and Strategic Financial Officer (SFO) at SunTrust and Crestar Banks; Thorn has led numerous community banks and FinTechs as CEO, CFO and COO; and Vincent is CEO of SRA Watchtower.
